BRISBANE, SUNSHINE COAST & GOLD COAST METRO FEES:

Standard Service
Law firms $99 incl GST, One off / Private clients $165 incl GST is our standard process serving fees for the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions, we also cover the Toowoomba region and any location within SEQ.

Up to three visits per address, includes an affidavit of service.
Agent to make first visit within 5-7 days of receiving instructions & documents.

Priority Service
$165 incl. GST for up to three visits per address, includes an affidavit of service.
Agent to make first visit within 1-3 days of receiving instructions & documents.

Urgent Service
$220 incl. GST for up to three visits per address, includes an affidavit of service.
We will attempt to have an agent make their first visit within 24 hours – this will depend on availability.

Printing at $0.30 cents per page.

TOOWOOMBA METRO

Standard Service
$140 + GST for up to three visits per address, being actioned within 5-7 days.

Urgent Service

Our experienced agent will:

• attend court to examine the debtor on your behalf
• have the debtor complete a statement of financial position
• request documents to support the debtor’s statement
• seek a repayment offer from the debtor.

The standard price for this service is $90.00 for region 1.

Document Collection : $60.00

We send an agent to collect important or urgent documents from you.

Skip Tracing: $160 – $300

(QLD and Interstate) Our professional skip tracing agent has over 20 years of professional experience.

Repossessions : $350

(QLD and Interstate)  Lawful repossession of Motor Vehicles and or Assets.

Settlements : $120

Attend a settlement and collect a cheque for the required amount in exchange for release documents.

Document Filing : $150

File documents at the court house and scan or post the stamped and signed copies to you.
